Everyone at the club feels like a little family to me and I actually spend more time with them than with my friends in school.

What is the best thing about Judo?

Answer: It’s hard to choose something special, I have to say that everything together makes Judon such an amazing sport. All in all, I mean the training, the community, the competitions, the technology, the challenges, etc.

Keeping on with a sport like judo does not just make you better on the sport without it also forming a human being. How does it seem to have been taken to the youth team VT 2012?

Answer: Absolutely amazing! I have almost not understood it, it feels so unreal. That’s what I’ve been aiming for, but I never wanted to hope too much. I see it as a great chance to develop, so it’s so fun to go to a lot of major international competitions and see how to stand.

It’s most important to perform later when I become a junior, so I look the most like something fun that I can learn a lot and bring with me as much experience as possible.

Which competition is closest right now where you should compete?

Answer: It is the National Cup in Halmstad, after which it is ready for the European Cup in the Czech Republic

How do you motivate yourself to stay in top shape?

Answer: I love to practice so really, there is not much motivation, but of course there are days when I really do not know anything and the best thing to do then is to force myself to work out. Even though you do not want to, you know how wonderful the feeling after and then it’s really worth it. But the best thing to do is train things that you think are fun, then you have something to look forward to.

To me it is important that you have the right attitude to exercise and race, which makes it much more fun. I see everything as a challenge, it will be much easier to look forward to the training.
