Monday

After another round of sickness and lack of energy and dedication, I’ve recovered the will again. Worked mixed up and it was really fun, Rebecka saved me at the last moment to be the only girl on the training, thank you! We drove a lot of bonfires and bone training, which I can recommend, the length I was so warmed in my legs, for the most part, you only get warm in your upper body in most of the exercises in Judo. Ridged Ippon Seo Nage in our own way, Nea Waza recesses and Randori. Over and over again, how do you get away from having a day off before training and turn them around and get through and happy again!

Tuesday

Then I took a long walk of about 6-8 km, which made good for the mood. Restlessness is a good sign of spring. Supported by angry crows, Spring’s first Videung, Hackspettsbon, Cows, Sunshine and Swans. A quiet moment for yourself does good. After the walk, I sat on a coffee at my training company Tim and looked through some training plans for the time remaining on the season, upcoming ratings, ideas and upcoming events such as Mate Week, Superkidz Camps, Competitions, etc. Simply quote. Then we also have a general training session on Saturday with the other coaches at the club. Me and Tim have moon & ons groups 9-12 years while others have the adult group on the same days as well as on Saturday the other coaches have 6-7 year olds in a group and 8-9 year olds in another.

Wednesday

The day started quietly. Then I spontaneously washed and cleaned my car for two hours. Then a little managing to judo, late dinner then I went up to the club held in childhood training. Throes in motion, ko soto gake and very ne waza / tachi waza pass with them, really talented were them. Then on my training we drove again, rolls, nea waza, randori and sode tsuri komi goshi and leg sweeps.

Thursday

Today, there was also a long walk around the seafront in town with Carro, a Judo companion from the club, talking about everything between heaven and earth that only girls can. Then have some coffee and dinner down town, now I have cleaned a little and so and more will be tomorrow. May check up my armbows in the future so I do not have inflammation in them, always get hurt after either car wash or exercise, hope it’s nothing serious.

Club Overalls

We have also received our new Club Boards, which I think is fun! Brand new thinking with both colors and design. One should be open to change I have learned. After a while, we have missed common exercise overalls, as some had our old blue, some black, etc. The color is mid-blue, although it is always strange when they on a picture.

Judodraget

Our own competition Judodraget in Färgelanda will be held on the 12th of May, including U11-U13-U15-U17 Ladies & Men + U20 Veterans.
