Judo för en utomstående

From an outsider’s perspective who came to a Swedish Judo club and witnessed a regular training for the first time: “It was nice people and good atmosphere at the club. They did fun exercises like warming up and people threw each other. It was not striking and kicking but a more defensive match between two people. Using the opponent’s strength and movement looked interesting. Thinking it seems like a good job of keeping young people from trouble, able to find contacts and share an interest together. So no one who became angry with losing
